Qticles Policy for MISSING APPOINTMENT, CANCELLING, RESCHEDULING, & DOWNGRADING SERVICES
As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as possible if you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we’d be happy to rebook it for you.
If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 12 hour notice when CANCELLING, RESCHEDULING, & DOWNGRADING SERVICES for any reason, you will be required to pay the full amount of your booked service. If you choose to not pay this fee, we can't afford to keep you as a client.
If you are running behind up to 10 minutes and we are only able to perform part of the service, you will also be required to pay for the service we are unable to perform.
If you are running behind too much and we are not able to perform your service at all, this is considered a no show and you will be required to pay the full amount of your booked service.
